OEM Custom Lasers

LLS has full capabilities in house and a "hand's on" approach to designing, development

and Prototype Manufacturing of Laser Diode based systems.

Capabilities Include;

 • Integration of Laser Diodes, Laser Diode Modules, Laser Diode Subsystems into fully integrated turnkey systems based on customer specific applications

• Sourcing laser diode products including; custom device design through qualified vendors, LD procurement and production qualification of LD product and vendors.

• Customization of LD components including; Conventional ( FAC and SAC)and non conventional optics integration, fiber coupling and attach, free space fiber coupling, thermal management, package design and development.

 Projects:

> High frequency (5 MHz), high power laser (24 Watts peak) system at 8xx/9xx  for medical application

> Laser modules incorporating laser, driver, optics (beacon, range finding, remote sensing)

> Laser source with matched detectors

> Laser sources at custom wavelengths and/or with customer specific properties

> Custom designed packaging for OEM system integration

 Design capabilities include: 

> Mechanical Design (packaging, fixtures) using Solidworks, Autocad

> Electrical design, circuit board layout (analog, digital)

> Optical design (bulk optics, micro-optics)

> Programming C#, Labview,  SQL, microprocessor

> Military and Medical product certification
